Vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 2457 from the 1950’s. An iteration of the classic Ref. 96 with central seconds instead of sub seconds.
The Ref. 2457 came in a myriad of configurations. This particular example features dauphine hands instead of the more commonly seen “broadsword” hands. It’s dial has also patinated to a warm cream colour, which we absolutely adore.
