All prices on Time Arcade is in United States Dollar (USD) and is exclusive of shipping fees and insurances. Payment is accepted in USD only, however payment in other major currencies can be discussed.

Time Arcade currently accepts payment via Bank Wire / Bank Transfer only. Buyers are responsible for any Bank Wire / Bank Transfer fees. Should you be interested in purchasing with us, kindly contact us through out enquiry form or Instagram for further instructions.

We understand time is required to arrange funds for your dream item. Therefore, we are happy to reserve an item for 1 week free of charge. However, if reservation is above one week, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 20%.

Items will be shipped promptly upon funds clearing our bank account. No items will be sent prior to this. We will only do express shipping via DHL/FedEx. International buyers shall assume all responsibility for taxes, tariffs, customs, duties or custom issues in the country of destination.

Same goes for consignment. We are more than happy to assist with re-homing your timepiece. Kindly fill an enquiry form for ‘Consignment’, providing as much details as possible.

Every watch undergoes thorough authentication including serial number verification, movement inspection, and dial originality assessment. We provide detailed condition reports and stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell.

We pride ourselves in making sure all our watches are original and authentic.

Full refund will be offered in the unlikely event that a watch is found to be not authentic.
